Adobe Acrobat Electronic Signature Guide

At JL Partners, we request electronic signatures through Adobe Acrobat Sign so that you can easily sign documents without paper. For those who are unfamiliar with this process, please follow the instructions below.
✅ Step 1: Click the “Review and sign” button in the email
When you open the email we sent you, the following screen will appear. Click the Review and sign button.

✅ Step 2: Click the blue “Start” button in the new window
A new web browser window will open with the signature screen. Click the blue Continue button at the bottom left of the screen.

✅ Step 3: Go to the location of the electronic signature
Move to the location where you need to sign, as shown in the screen below, and click Click to Sign .

✅ Step 4: Electronic Signature
You can choose one of three methods for electronic signatures.
Enter English name: Enter your English name.
English name entry screen Digital signature: Sign with your mouse or finger and enter your English name in the lower left corner. If your English name has already been entered, just confirm that it is correct.
Digital signature input screen Insert signature image file: Click [Select image] to select and insert the “signature image file” saved on your device. Enter your English name in the bottom left corner.
Signature image file insertion screen The mobile signature option is not available.
If you have completed the signature using one of the above procedures, click the blue Apply button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
✅ Step 5: Select the date of signature
Click the calendar icon in the arrow section to enter the date, move to the date of signature, and select the date.


✅ Step 6: Click “Submit” to complete the electronic signature
Finally, click the “Submit” button as shown in the image below to complete the electronic signature process.

📬 The completed document will be automatically sent to us.
Once the signature is complete, the document will be automatically sent to both us and the signer's email address.
